Rag Art offers a variety of tools, books, videos and materials which can be ordered from this site (see the menu on the left) or by using the downloadable order form which will allow you to make your order and send it to us by post with your cheque. You will require a pdf reader to be able to open and read this file and you can download the required software by clicking here.
We are happy to send small items overseas for a small surcharge - please contact for costs involved. We regret that base fabrics, frames and books are too heavy to post overseas at a reasonable cost. Should you have difficulty in obtaining any item locally please contact me using the contact page and we will advise you of the appropriate costs.

Some items are very heavy although they take up comparatively little space. These
present problems with the packing and delivery costs and regrettably require a
p&p surcharge. Relevant items are quite clearly marked.

Whilst we endeavour to hold prices, we reserve the right to make changes should this become unavoidable.
Orders will be dealt with as promptly as possible, however, as many of our items are hand crafted, there may be delays on some of the more popular items. Rest assured though, we do everything in our power to carry adequate stocks. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us giving your name and date your order was sent with detials of payment.
If, on receipt of your order you find the item is not what you require, we will exchange it provided it is returned to us within 10 days of your receiving this item and that is in the same condition as despatched.
