Workshops Booking Form

To book your place on one of our workshops, please complete the form below and submit. It is important that you provide as much information as possible to allow us to book your place.

Once you have submitted the request for booking, you are required to submit a deposit to hold your place. Currently the deposit is £15. Upon receipt of your completed form and deposit, we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm your place.
